About the Author
Marcy Schneider
Marcy Schneider doesn’t see herself as an expert on any stage. She calls herself “just another nobody”. A wife, a mom, a sister, an aunt, a daughter, and a business owner trying to figure life out like everyone else. Living in the southern United States, she and her husband built a professional cleaning company from the ground up, learning firsthand about discipline, hard work, people, and the everyday patterns that shape our lives.
Marcy isn’t a doctor or academic scholar preaching discoveries or data findings; what she offers instead is honesty. Her ideas were born not in a lab, but in real kitchens, carpool lines, quiet mornings, long days of running a business, raising a family, and caring for her terminal father. Curious by nature, she has spent years reading, listening, studying, and observing, especially the science of habits, time, and human behavior. She’s always been drawn to the question: What really helps people navigate life?
Her faith is the anchor beneath it all. As a devoted Christian, she believes every person is on a learning journey with deep purpose and value, especially in seasons of stress or struggle.
Her first book, The Power of 20, reflects her heart: practical, compassionate, and realistic. It’s not about perfection. It’s about small, doable steps, 20 minutes at a time.
